Safety Recall Information
As you have probably heard, there are 2 current recalls involving gas pedal issues on Toyotas, and they involve different models (though some cars will need both recalls). We've also attached a link to a brief description of the reason and nature of the recall procedures below.
OK, so how about some straight talk about what's happening here at Larson's Toyota of Tacoma regarding these recalls? Our goal (simply put): To complete these recalls as quickly and conveniently as possible for you. Your complete satisfaction is very important to us. Feel free to let us know if you have special scheduling needs, or require alternate transportation, or...? Due to the large number of vehicles requiring this work we plan on performing most of these by appointment, though we will be happy to work you in (as possible) without one. We intend to increase our hours of operation and keep staff overtime if necessary to accommodate your needs. Our shuttle service will be available, and we'll do our best to make this as easy a process for you as possible.
